Layered Regional ArchitectureLayered Regional Archictecture (LARA) is a web design concept where a single HTML page is divided into several regions, menus, content, background etc. and each region is designed independently. A javascript framework allows users to assemble the independently designed pieces into a unique design. Each page is broken up into nine components, Background, Top Menu, Frame, Header, Main Menu, Content, Text and Links, Footer and Features as outlined below: ![]() Designers design many different components for each section of the page, new modern background styles, headers, frames etc. and users of the system can pick and choose the components they want on their page. This means millions of designs are possible, so each website built with Lara has its own unique design and that design can grow and change over time. This website was designed using Lara, and so was the one in the picture. The possibilities are endless, and the designer is fun and easy to use. |
