The content on your page is divided into separate areas called Page Features. A block of text, an image, or a list of blog posts are all different types of features.
Each feature on your page can be edited, moved or deleted.
There are two ways of displaying content on your website:
1. Static content is always displayed on a particular spot on a particular page (either text or images).
2. Dynamic content is a list of newly added media items with the most recently added items appearing on top (blog posts, photos, news, real estate listings).
For each content type there are page features. Static content includes Text Areas, Images and Contact Boxes. Dynamic content is displayed using a Content List.
Adding or moving page features is done by clicking Edit Page > Change Layout or Add Features. This will bring you to your page with the current layout and features on it. The page features are on the left, displaying available features of a certain type. You can choose between Common features, Community, Multimedia and Search features which have special functionalities for that particular field.
Select one (e.g. Common Features) and you will see all available features appearing on the left. Now you can select the features one by one and drag them into a column. You can use all features as many times as you wish.
You can delete a feature by dragging it into the recycle bin on the left.
The Preview allows you to view your page on the actual screen. Click Save to save your changes or Cancel to exit the Add Feature mode and return to your homepage. More advanced users might want to use HTML for more individual changes.
