Check your Google Analytics statistics

Now that everything is set up you can start monitoring your website traffic. You can log into your account at any time at http://www.google.com/analytics/Click on Access Analytics. Google Analytics might take a few days to pick up your site and start tracking your website traffic so don’t worry if you don’t see any data showing up right away.

Paste the code onto your website

Sign in to your website and go to Settings > Advanced. The Google Analytics code goes into the right column Custom Footer Code. Paste the code you have copied from your account. Right click in the box and click Paste or use your hot keys Ctrl V.Click Save. That’s it! You have now successfully added Google Analytics and can start monitoring traffic to your website.

Sign up for a free Google Analytics account

First you have to register an account for your Google Analytics. This is free (as is the entire service). Go to http://www.google.com/analytics/ and click on Sign Up Now. Fill in all required fields, including your website address (the one you want to track). You will then get a piece of code that has to be added to your website. This is going to track all website traffic. Click on the field that contains the code and copy. You can copy the code by either right click and Copy or by using...

Set the speed, link images and style the Slideshow

Now that the images are showing up in the Slideshow you can decide how fast they should change. This is done in the field Delay (milliseconds). The default is 3000 but you can change it to anything you like. The smaller the number the faster the images change. Change it and hit Preview to see how it would look like or Save and refresh the page. You can click Cancel at any time to go back to the default setting. You can link images in the slideshow. To do that click behind the name of the...

Add Photos to your Slideshow

The slideshow is on the page and the photos in the library. Let’s add them to the Slideshow.Click Edit Page and Edit on the Slideshow. Click Add Image. This opens the File Library. Choose your first photo and double-click on it. It is being added into the Slideshow. Upload all the photos like this. The photo that is first in the list will be displayed first in the Slideshow so you might want to upload them in the right order right away. You can also make changes later and cut and paste...

Upload the images to the File Library

Before you can add the images to the Slideshow you have to add them to your File Library.Click on File Library at the top of your screen and double-click on Pictures. You might want to Add a new Folder for the images you are using for this Slideshow. To upload the images click on Add Files. Since you have several images to upload you can use the multiple file upload functionality to upload them all at once. Select Upload multiple files at one time and then Add Files. Select the images from...

Prepare your images

You can display as many pictures in a Slideshow as you like. Select the ones you want to use. Make sure they are of good quality. You might also want to check that they have the same size. This will make the Slideshow look nicer, more professional and consistent. You can use photo editing tools to cut images into certain sizes.

Add slideshow feature to a page

You can add a slideshow anywhere you like but you should allow enough space to display the images. The slideshow displays your images in the exact size that you add them so keep that in mind when thinking about the layout of the page. To display a slideshow on a page you have to add the feature for it to that page. Go to the page you want to have the slideshow on and click Edit Page > Change Layout or Add Feature. Click on Multimedia on the left and drag and drop the Slideshow into the...

Add a new page

If you want to add a menu link to a new page you have to create the page first. If the page does not exist the link cannot go anywhere. Please see the Add a New Page section here for detailed step-by-step instructions on how to add a new page.

Your Top Menu

Your Top Menu is an additional menu at the very top of your screen above the header. Most people use it for their sign in link or for additional information, like a link to the contact page. It can be styled and edited just like the Main Menu.  In Site Design you will find just as many available styles as for the Main Menu. Choose one and Save.  If you want to hide the Top Menu you can do that too by clicking on Hide in the Top Menu section in the Site Design (see Hide Your Main Menu...
