We would love for you to use our services here at getlara.com.  We offer our workspaces for free and allow you to upgrade for advanced features.  We will continue to work for you to make this service as beneficial as possible for all and in exchange we ask that you follow our terms as outlined below.

Terms of Services

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the getlara.com website and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, building your own website with the Lara content management product. The Website is owned and operated by Geographical Media Inc., Alberta, Canada.

1) Your Lara website and account. If you create a website using Lara, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your website account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the website.

2) Disclaimer of Warranties. The Website is provided “as is”. Geographical Media Inc. and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, fitness for a particular purpose, the warranties of merchantability,  and non-infringement. Neither Geographical Media Inc. nor its suppliers and licensors, make any warranty that the Website or any website created with the Lara content management product will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.

3) Limitation of Liability. In no event will Geographical Media Inc. or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interuption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Geographical Media Inc. under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

4) Fees and Payment. Optional paid services such as extra storage, domain mapping and access to content delivery options such as real estate property listings or news articles are available on the Website. By selecting an optional paid service you agree to pay Geographical Media Inc. annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a service and will cover the use of that service for an annual period as indicated. All optional paid service fees are non refundable.

5) Responsibility of Contributors. If you operate a Lara website and post material to the website you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. By making that Content available you represent and warrant that the Content is not pornographic, obscene, libelous, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.

6) Licensing. By submitting Content to the Geographical Media network for inclusion on your Website, you grant Geographical Media Inc. world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your website.

7) Termination. Geographical Media Inc. has the right to, at Geographical Media's sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Geographical Media's opinion, violates any Geographical Media policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Geographical Media's sole discretion. Geographical Media will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

8) Changes. Geographial Media reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9) Extent. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Geographical Media and you concerning the subject matter herein and pertaining to services as outlined on the website getlara.com.
