How to add a new page

Go to Pages and Menus
Click on Add Page
Add a new page before adding a menu link. You cannot add the link unless the page to it has been created.
Enter a page title and a description text. This is good for the search engines.
Your new page will automatically be added to your main menu. If you don't want that uncheck the Add to Main Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
Click Save.
Click View at the top to go to the page you have selected.
Now you can start working on the new page by using the Edit Page tools.
